Honorary Award to the one and only Stelios Stavridis, and Ideales’ distinction for Excellent Customer Service

This time, the company with the largest and most reliable customer service network in the pool & spa sector, was awarded in the Sales Excellence Awards 2014.

At the award ceremony held on March 27, at Athenaeum Intercontinental, the CEO of the company Konstantinos Stavridis received the honorary distinction that was awarded by the Sales Institute in Greece to the late founder of Ideales Stelios Stavridis, for his overall contribution in the Sales and Customer Service sector.  Both the awarding, as well as the tribute in our Captain's memory of video and lectures by prominent speakers, was extremely touching.

All of us in Ideales feel extremely justified and proud that our customer-focused philosophy is quite obviously rewarded. We are committed that we will continue to protect our Customers with the same eagerness, offering them excellent service and constantly exceeding their expectations in quality, organization, operation, practices and services, in order to continuously strengthen our relationship with them.

Sales Excellence Awards 2014 is the institution that highlights and rewards best practices of market leaders in sales and in customer service throughout all business sectors and is organized for the second year by the Sales Institute in Greece (S.I.G.) in collaboration with Boussias Communications. The evaluation was conducted by an independent judging panel of senior market executives, distinguished academics and members of the Board of the S.I.G.  In the category "Customer Service" were only awarded Silver and Bronze Awards, as the required points for the Gold could not be gathered by any company.
